I just read through the entire thread from when the game started until now and it was exactly the ways it’s looked every year of my life 
we go through nothing but pain from the start until the end and then we’ll find a way to hype ourselves up for the next game

Yea I mean they are a solid club, for sure. They were last year too.
But we are making them look much, much better than any competent big major should.

A lot easier to get into buzzsaw mode when no drives are contested and every possession ends in the other team scrambling to recover than it is when the other team is forcing you to run offense.

Just a reminder that last year Furman maintained a double digit lead on us throughout the game and it took a furious comeback in the final minutes and OT to remain undefeated.
