Holy shite. We play a 10 seed Monday. Then hopefully the winner of a 11/14 game. This really is setting up beautifully for us.

If you would’ve told me this morning that we would have to beat Maryland and then the winner of UCLA and Abilene Christian to make the Elite 8, I would probably kiss you on the mouth.

Couldn't script it much better. Not saying it will be easy but some teams are gonna have to play a couple of top seeds before they get to the elite 8. I love our draw.

Let's hope we broke the Pitino curse, and got our self defecation out of the way against a physical overmatched team.
But it's pretty ideal compared to a lot of other routes to the elite 8.

So we got a 15 seed in Round 1, a 10 seed in Round 2, and if we win that, either an 11 or 14 seed in the Sweet 16. yes!

Our defense will be huge against these lower seeded teams. The lack of depth will hurt them when they start getting frustrated offensively.
