I wonder what these self righteous Alabama fans would say if people took shots a Coach Saban? The deal is I have no agenda. You do the right thing. Worry about your program and team. It’s not like it’s a lost game presser vs a team you just played.
Seth Greenberg still salty.

Guys I got a dilemma tomorrow. I hate to sound like a teenage girl but Idk what to wear. I have a lucky shirt that I wear for Football for the past 7 or so years EVERY GAME. But we have never won a basketball game when I’ve worn my lucky Football shirt.....
Not sure, but we know damn well who's to blame for tomorrow's loss to Clemson.

One thing is for sure, I better not hear anyone say “Alabama has a basketball program?” or “Alabama basketball has fans?” anymore bc:
1. Alabama basketball and Nate Oats have been all over the news for 2 days now. It’s being talked about more than the SECCG next week.
2. Our fans have gotten under the skin of basically every reporter that’s taken up for Coach K, especially Seth Greenberg.

Typical media jackass carrying K's water. I mean, if you agree with the content of what he said that's alright, but you're missing the point. He's a massive, unashamed hypocrite and a notoriously classless loser. One of the worst in college sports. Should Oats have said what he said publicly? Maybe, maybe not, but there were 200 coaches in the country who were all thinking it.

It’s weird how “outraged” some of these people are. It wasn’t disrespectful or vulgar. It wasn’t that bad at all imho. It was a basketball coach taking a potshot at another basketball coach. This wasn’t Cheaney vs Calipari. K is not above reproach just because he’s a legendary college basketball coach.

And K is the biggest dick you'd ever want to meet. He's self righteous and a hypocrite. I look forward to the day he hangs it up and I don't have to watch his antics any more. Any time he says he wants what's best for basketball, remember that what he really means is he wants what's best for Coach K first and DUKE basketball second and frick everybody else.

My best friend was a North Carolina HS basketball star.
Lightly recruited by major programs, but got into USMA and became their leading scorer in program history.
They got their arse kicked by Duke, and after the game Coach K made a point to recall his recruitment and express regret for letting him out of NC.
20+ years later, Coach K is still a mentor and always available for him.
I've never met him. But, from a guy I know that knows him well with no real ulterior motivations, he seems a solid guy.

Up to a 2 point favorite on my site. Not sure what bettors have seen to have confidence in us

I've always seen the Coach K hate as very similar to the Saban hate.
Coach K's ex-players almost unanimously love him. He's got faults, but I think the more recent hatred of him has almost as much to do with the entire media bending over backwards to defend everything he does than him himself.
As an example, there is no doubt that Jim Boeheim is a total a-hole. It's well documented over years and years. The CBB media also falls over themselves to defend him.
It's strange how the legacy CBB media seems to love their big name coaches while CFB is much more divided.

That is largely the point. We often are too quick to judge personalities based on perception, media bias, sound bites with context, etc with no appreciation for the difference in their public and private/personal personas.
He may be an arse in a professional setting, most HCs are because they are type A, perfectionists who are convinced it is their way or nothing. But, to call him the biggest dick you'd ever want to meet without knowing him seems unfair unless you actually know him.
Just my 2 cents.
Again, I don't know him from Adam. But, my buddy loves the guy and he never played a play for him.

I’m sure this has been discussed to some extent, but Clemson sure looks pretty decent when you just scan their ESPN resume. Have basically handled everybody so far. State by 11, Purdue by 11, Maryland by 16.
I’ve got no idea if any of those teams are good, but still.

We really need to start picking up some good OOC wins as a conference.
