We lost 16-1 to them in the SEC tournament in 2015. Goff managed to top that.

Alabama baseball's 18-1 loss tonight is its biggest loss since losing 27-3 to Florida in 1989. Most runs allowed since 20 to SC in 2010.

Meh. It's baseball. Alabama beat LSU 28-2 in the regular season and 12-2 in the 1997 SEC tourney, only to lose to them 13-6 in the national title game.

But this team is bad regardless.

Bad coach or not, I'm pretty pissed that these guys seem to have quit. That's fine, boys. You don't wanna play for Goff, you can turn your scholarship in with your equipment after the last game. I don't want no damn quitters representing Alabama in anything.

As best as I can tell looking through the record book, losing 2 games by 29 runs is the worst 2-game stretch in Alabama baseball history.
