Sac fly makes it 1-0 KSU. Hughston caught that in about as bad of throwing position as possible, probably didn't have a play anyway.

1-0 KSU. Might be enough.

1-0 feels insurmountable

Inning over, could've been way worse.

This is why I was so against throwing Turnbull against FSU. The way he's laboring, we would've been into our bullpen and down 5-0 in the 3rd inning

Nah, we're about to have a 3 run inning, I can feel it.

It could have been a lot worse. That should be it for Turnbull.

not watching but last time I watched a game the left fielder caught high fly ball flat footed and had no chance of coming close to home on the play. Even the play by play person said he had time to get behind the ball and having a running start towards home. Bad fundamentals being taught or not being executed

We are playing with zero energy right now. This is the NCAA Tournament. Why are our guys playing like they don't care?

Only at 90 pitches. He'll be out there to start the 6th. He's still a better option than most in the pen at this point in the game.

If we lose this game, we need a change. Either Phillips or Gaspard. I don't want to enter 2016 with a new coach.

That's how we finished the year, no energy. Thought the week and a half off would change that, but...

A leadoff walk

Smith has been on twice, rest of the team zero times.

I hate bunting there Especially when he just threw four straight balls. At least make him throw a strike first. We need every chance we have to string hits and runners together.

I don't understand why we swing for the fences there after getting a man in scoring position.

He was close for sure. Just another reason though I didn't like that bunt with Overstreet. If Hughston didn't get him in, we leave it up to a guy with 20 ABs on the year.
