This is true, but when you only have 2 good relievers, bringing them in when you have 5 innings to cover is a risk on the first day of the weekend. Don’t hate it, but we better win because we have almost no one left tomorrow even if Quick goes 6 or 7.

This all started with our second baseman. He fields that ball and that’s the last out. We are on cruise control.

That was pretty embarrassing honestly. Florida had three key starters out pretty much the entire game.
Had to put a guy in LF that had not played all year.
We were bad in every phase of the game. They were bad too but their pitchers settled in at the end.
Their middle reliever had a 5+ ERA and made us look silly.
