We definitely don’t make use of our roster. I know it’s dead horse territory at this point but we had multiple chances to make situational substitutions and just didn’t. And it almost caught up to us.

My high school coach would’ve had us running poles until somebody’s mom called that cops if we’d won a game and committed 6 errors

They are coached fine the only thing that is there fault is leaving guys in the lineup that can’t hit or field aka Torres

Terrible coaching by Vaughn. Literally told my son to take him out before the double that put the tying run in scoring position. Leaving him in with them having the momentum and already at his highest pitch count of the season was incredibly stupid (hitters had all seen him at least once). Vaughn got lucky, the hitter missed taking the lead by a half inch. This team can be infuriating

Torres had two hits and reached four times in the game. But he shouldn’t have been in at the end.

I also don’t know what it would hurt to allow someone to pinch hit for these guys at the bottom of the lineup who give you nothing. Especially when they’ve done zilch through three or four ABs.

He's batting 230 and has 7 home runs as the clean up hitter and he’s horrible at 3rd he shouldn’t see the field

Which sort of reinforces the point that if we had a better option with the bat they’d be out there. But I refuse to believe we don’t have someone with a better glove that can go in as a defensive replacement.

Regardless of all complaints, we are one win away from hosting a super regional. Love the spot we are in and feel good about Upchurch going tomorrow!
