I’ll take a 4… I thought getting a 3 was a stretch anyway

The funny part about officiating is that fans of other teams hate Shows, Daily, and the others as much as we do

This was a coin flip game coming in. Uga has length and what beats them is they usually struggle shooting. Didn't happen tonight

Just need to stay away from the 4 seed in Duke or Michigan’s bracket

Honestly, since we’re probably locked into a 4 with a win on Sat, I wouldn’t hate a Friday or Saturday exit from the SECT (assuming Florida doesn’t get upset). I don’t really want us playing FL on Sunday and using a ton of energy trying to win that only to lose by double digits and not be rested for the NCAAT.

Holloway missed layup to cut it to 3.

And then Wrightsell had like 4 or 5 wide open 3s to cut it to 1 possession that he just missed

Bro we never hear a peep out of you when we win. You gotta be an Altar from another fanbase.

I feel like this year has been exasperating for Oats.

You think we beat Az in a rematch? And UConn is one of the best rebounding teams in the country…would probably be a disaster for us.

How much rest do you need before it's rust?
Playing on Sunday and then playing a game, at the earliest, 4 days later should be good to go

Interestingly, would prefer to dodge UConn, Az, UF, Duke, Mich and even Purdue. Would not mind Houston though

It’s been widely discussed by the blue bloods how much winning 3-4 games in a row takes emotionally and physically. Can often lead to fatigue playing 2 more games in 3 days, especially if you play the Thursday game.

FL looked fatigued almost every game in the NCAAT and definitely weren’t playing their best ball of the season (they trailed significantly in almost every game), but they were just that much better than everyone else. The won a NC playing their B+ game.

Widely discussed or not, UConn, Duke, UF, etc are certainly attempting to win their conference tournaments every year

Ish….didnt Duke sit Cooper Flag for the ACCT to get him ready for NCAAT? No one goes out and throws a game, but you can tell in certain games where the effort is about 80% and “if they win, they win”

ETA: said another way, I’ve seen teams win their first game and then play AAU or NBA all star type games the next day. Once you are locked in to playing the final, you might as well play to win at that point. I just don’t like playing a Sunday game that we can’t win on our best night
