My issue with Grubb is his refusal to deviate from what HE wants to do. He doesn’t adjust when the plan isn’t working. You’re down your best WR and you’re still trying to run the same offense with these deep overs and long developing dig routes. He just doesn’t do anything to get his QBs in a rhythm

He's the kind of playcaller who is going to call his offense and to hell with concerns over personnel and what is and is not being successful. No deviations. Ever.
