Is he still our AD? Nope! Why don't we drop the little cry-baby-a-thon and get into the present

Because the consequences resulting from his decisions are just now becoming clear. Some of those consequences are pretty significant and will affect our AD going forward.

But we appreciate your input Mrs. Battle.

The man ran a fake punt with the kicker as his lead blocker in a National Championship. He makes mistakes.

He's really really good at learning from them though.

We already see it now when people suggest Jeremy Pruitt’s name to replace Saban.

Saban has a while left. Probably too long to really think the successor will be Dabo. Not crazy to think Pruitt could have proved himself by then. Not a person in 2008 would have argued Dabo would be where he’s at now. So you never know.

That’s very true. And of the Saban disciples out there, I do think Pruitt is the most likely one to get a shot to follow Saban. I’m not saying that’s the best choice or the right choice. That kind of thinking led us to the dark ages of the mid 90s to 2007.
But you are probably correct, unless Saban walked away very, very soon, the window to bring Dabo home is closing. By the time it’s time, it will probably be too late.

I don’t like where Pruitt is learning the job in the command seat but he can certainly show what he’s capable of doing there. The next few years will be interesting for Alabama football.

To Love the Lord, dude take a chill pill. Battle left a lasting scar on Bama’s athletics and we are reminded of it every day. He may have meant well but his actions were deplorably inept. And Alabama is still paying the price for that. It’s a message board, we’re allowed to bitch. If you don’t like it, don’t read it. Or feel free to disagree. But when it comes to telling folks what to post, keep your piehole shut.

Be careful speaking bad about Battle. The bammers love him with all their heart and soul and defend all of his buffoonery.
