That’s a valid point. Although when you’re 18 with a guaranteed million or more in front of you I’d assume it’s gonna be pretty difficult to see further down the line.

I think Chuck McDonald is the guy who will come in and push for a starting position.
The good thing is we have extremely talented young DBs on the roster so losing Mbakwe doesn't sting that much.
ETA: I still wish he wasn't leaving. We would be fricking loaded his Junior year in the secondary.

I hate to take the conversation here but what have you seen from this offense in the last 2 seasons that would give any skill position player confidence in getting to the next level ?

If he dosent start next twsr then we probably lose him too!
I feel like teams aren’t recruiting hard anymore out of high school just to offer the big bucks to transfers (ole miss)
We were lucky to keep Keelon. He was offered a lot more to go elsewhere
