Rapidly losing interest in CFB. Every year is a whole new roster with no interest in the team itself. Sport is killing itself

It’s worse than any professional sport now. One year rentals and if you develop a player there’s a good chance someone else will offer a bag and take him.
Saban was smart to get out.

Saban wasn’t ready to retire the current system forced him too. And it’s going to force others as well. Kirby will bolt before long probably.

Genuinely how can you be excited about ANY player. When regardless of production they just can be bought out. There is now rules in place. This shite blows. Everyone is just tempering left and right

How does this affect recruiting services? Or have they pivoted to portal tracking? I can’t imagine paying to follow HS players

Yea I don’t wish him the best. I hope he invests his NiL smartly and has a comfortable life selling cars in Tupelo. I hope his football career flames out. We need more cautionary tales of the portal hindering careers.

Just the players (well short term at least) no surprise the product took a big step back in terms of any great team this year. It’s gonna get worse. Teams are gonna have way more problems going forward. Product will suffer. Fans will lose interest

I do agree he’s not worth 7 figures and if someone thinks he is I can’t say I blame him for taking the money. I’m still going to watch because I’m a die hard Alabama fan no one player leaving is gonna change that
