Looks like Hardy signed during the ESP with AU and was trying to keep it secret until his school's signing day.
I get these kids want to have these experiences with their friends but the belief you can keep it a secret for a month and a half in this day and age just seems ridiculous to me, especially when you are already committed to the school and others can't recruit you.

You probably won’t notice but I’m moving to Germany in the morning. I’ll be there 3 years and I’ll have to figure out a way to watch the games while I’m over there.
