I am really lucky/spoiled that I was an OOS student and my freshman year was 2008

It is fitting that 2 of our 3 best signees of those two pivotal years of the Shula era were Fullbacks, though

I was there from 2003-2008 (grad school included).

We used to chug beers when a 4-star listed up in his top 5 or announced a visit. It was a different time

I vividly remember melting my arse off when Bone told us all Spikes was going to Florida. The fraternity house suffered some damage that night.

Mike Ford and Titus Ryan should be included on all commitment lists from now to eternity

Back when our classes ran solely on Alabama kids.

I remember 2004 we signed three kids from Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa. THREE!

That was just two years after signing Brandon Avalos from there. If Fran would've stayed, that kid wins a Heisman.

Early signing period messed up college recruiting. This isn’t as fun as it used to be. February signing 28 dudes was a blast

The cops mostly stayed away which meant you could do whatever you wanted but also meant there was a robbery roughly every 7 days
