I, highly, doubt that USC would hire Meyer.
*Meyer has had numerous scandals associated with his programs since he left Florida to "retire."
*USC was placed on probation from the Pete Carroll days, which has done what seems to be irreparable harm to the football program (the school's pride and joy amongst all things USC).
*Now the school is in the middle of that admissions scandal making its way through the US Federal Court system.
