I'm interested to see who gets redshirted. Baby tua or Bryant. And do either one of those jump Mac.

Maybe I'm reading too much into like 10 snaps but I thought Latu, in what little bit of time he played, looked more talented than Anoma or Allen last we saw him.

Looks great to me. Future is blinding. Could add more depth at RB though IMHO.

You could redshirt both, in theory. They can both play in blowouts, just trade out who plays in which one and you get 8 games worth of garbage time reps between the two of them. This lets them both get a little bit of PT and some experience before the 2020 QB competition.

It is, and while this '18 team was almost in the discussion for GOAT, the '19 team looks potentially better on paper. The entire secondary is back (unless Thompson does decide to go pro), both ILBs are back. Despite everyone hating on Mack Wilson, he wasn't bad, he just wasn't up to the standard of ILBs we have here, but experience is HUGE at his position and now he's hungry. Mack and Dylan could both be first rounders in the same draft. At OLB we bring back one starter and two guys who would have played a LOT had they not been hurt. DL returns a starter who will be hungry after a year where he fell short of expectations and a star backup in LaBryan Ray becoming a starter. The ONLY possible concern on D is depth on the DL.

On offense we bring back our all time QB plus 4 receivers, 1 of our 3 backs, and 3/5 on the OL, though Brown didn't start all year. Then you throw in Womack and it's kinda like 4/5, though people will be in different positions so don't expect them to gel until a few weeks into the season.

After The Decimation against Clemson, this may be Saban's hungriest AND most talented team, instead of just the latter.

why not keep leatherwood at RG and put Womack at LT, since he started in 17 at the RT position

Leatherwood is a better Tackle than Guard, IMO. He played well at RG, but LT is his home. Womack was fine at RT, but I don't think he is the prototypical LT you look for. He could probably do it and be good enough there, but the best lineup, IMO, is Leatherwood at LT and Womack inside.

We are ficking STACKED next year. If that defense isnt top 5 at least Tosh deserves to be fired.

we lack depth on D which is what hurt us this year after suffering injuries through out the year

We will have much more depth next year. Getting Diggs baxk is huge...he is excellent at playing the ball. If he is healthy in NCG I think he shuts Ross down.

our front 7 will have no more depth then this year. And when I say depth I mean depth from a PT standpoint. Outside of Ray and Phi we have no real depth at other DL and DE standpoints and little back up depth at the LB spots. Depth on a depth charge is useless if the backups have not been developed and few backups were developed this year. We have a great bit of quality among all of our returning starters but lil among their backups

No team has that. It's a really weird complaint.

That is true.

Good news is the 2020 defense is going to be loaded.

Should be 09, 11, 12, 15 and 16 level good.
