Yeah, just making the tournament bought him at least another year. Tonight bought him at least two.

Had me thinking back to King Felix's big day.
Hopefully we give Nova as much trouble as we did UCLA except we pull it out in the end.

The freshman are flat out better than Key/Ingram. I would have expected their play to elevate practicing everyday and the opposite had happened. I don't understand how both regressed.
Is it just me that has this opinion?
They all make some boneheaded mistake but Ingram nearly tanked the game in the last 2 mins.

Hate to pound on a guy, but Key's (lack of) defense kept VT in the game in the first half and helped them shoot 70%.

Ingram does a lot of underrated good things, but man he has 2-3 total THE FVCK ARE YOU DOING moments every game.
Key is just worthless at this point. It sucks, I feel bad for him, but he adds zero.

That final two minutes was rough for him. 2 back to back turnovers when we could out them away. Maybe last 5 minutes idk Then he missed 3/4 free throws.

So were the 3 terrible foul calls early in the 2nd. They were in the bonus 3 min in. And we won. I'll be honest, I was almost ready to throw in the towel at that point. I was hot.

24 for them set a moving screen or forearm shiver on the screen every trip. They never called it and he still fouled out.

Key is terrible. He isn't a good primary scorer, but he's waaaay worse as a secondary option. And some of the stuff he does defensively is inexcusably stupid and/or lazy.

We'll have to play very well and they'll have to miss shots.

Hit the nail on the head. Ingram has some boneheaded turnovers but he plays hard. Key is just flat out lazy. I've been screaming it since last year.
