Just rewatched the 2nd half.We can shite on Petty all we want but he balled out on defense in the 2nd half and his shot is close to falling, he had 2 or 3 that were halfway down and popped out.

He really should have gotten a lot more than he did this season, but ESPN got so caught up in the Trae "LOL Defense" Young hypefest (that they created) that he kind of flew under the radar as far as one and dones go.

Uconn parts aways with Kevin Ollie.
I doubt we do, but I do hope we kind of shake up the staff this offseason.

I think Coach Pelphrey has done the best coaching job this year. Hall has looked really good and fairly consistent.

I'd say get rid of pony tail, but he has good foresight on when to stand like a statue and take a charge.

I dunno it's being reported he was fired with "just cause" assuming it is related to their ongoing ncaa investigation

The only person I could see leaving would be Rosemond since I think he only got a 1 year contract. Seems like Pettway will be here till he dies and I don't see Pelphrey getting a head coaching job this year. I hope we retain him.

Wouldn't complain with who we play in the NCAAT, but this would be a rough matchup for us in both the first and second round. Creighton ran us out of the building a couple years ago in the NIT. They're a fundamentally sound, well coached, and experienced team. We tend to not do too well against those types of teams.
Against Virginia- we'll I'd rather play most any other team. We may not score 40 against them.

Call me cynical, but I am thinking all of this extra pub Sexton and Bama got last night on SC, etc. is because they will be televised on ESPN this afternoon.
