We aren't the 15th best team in the country. We'll probably somehow lose to LSU tomorrow.

I think so too, but would you honestly be shocked if we lay an egg?

I remember playing pickup ball at the Rec one night with a bunch of fraternity brothers in the late summer, and in walk Grizzard, Winston and Riley. This was probably 2006 or 2007? I know Riley was still actually playing at Alabama and Winston was gone.

Used to play with Jason Caffey, Antonio McDyess, and a couple other guys from those early 90's teams. It was jaw dropping how much better they were, even when you could tell they were going 50%. Got caught trying to defend McDyess down low a few times(I'm 6'5", didn't play beyond freshman in high school) and that was a humbling experience.

I wouldn't be shocked if we made it all the way to the finals in the SECT and lose by 50 to Ole Miss.

I 100% expect to lose tomorrow and win at Kentucky on Saturday by 10+ points

I haven't watched LSU since we played them. How have they been playing since then? I thought they were a decent team then.

Not very good. They arne't a gimme win, but it would be bad to lose at home to them.

Will Wade runs a lot of 1-1-3 zone, which matches up well vs Alabama's offense capabilities.

The way Kentucky is playing, you may have it reversed on LSU/UK

I honestly think we come out and play pretty well tomorrow. Or, we play poorly because we are TOO geeked up.

I'd honestly be shocked if we come out and play lethargic.

Some big news around the SEC:

Texas A&M’s Duane Wilson is out for the year with a torn ACL.

Ole Miss HC Billy Kennedy will announce today that he’ll step down at the end of the season

Bama not ranked as expected, but moved up to #31

I know we won't, but we could seriously finish 4-2.

I’m really excited about the SEC tourney this year. We have a good chance of winning it, but really any team in the SEC could win it I think

I think the only teams that can win it are:

Bama
Tenn
Kentucky
Auburn
Florida

Realistically you’re right. But I’m just saying there’s been chaos in the league from day 1. Basically every team has shown they can beat anyone in the league. Usually isn’t like that.

That's Andy Kennedy--who played for UAB. UAB has a terrible coach so they probably fire him and hire Kennedy--who is a decent coach. Will Fox survive at Ga?

If LSU beats us they'll probably jump into the top 75 of RPI, giving us another Q1 win.
