Are you guys excited about Falkins? Great size should be a good threat.

I have been excited since he committed. We really need that tall big-bodied WR (if he puts the weight on) in the WR corps. He could be killer with Eddie Williams.

Falkins, shinn, Williams, Howard. That's some serious length on the perimeter

Been asleep from work since earlier damn did the world end while I was asleep? Good god. I'm guessing he will decommit tomorrow and say he has some thinking to do. I would be shocked if he flipped but would be annoyed and wait for December. Oh well

Can't win em all.I think Kirby Smart summed it up best when he said

quote:

we get most of who we want. If you commit, we are glad to have you. If not, we will spend 3-4 years beating your arse.

Can't hate on auburn fans for being excited though, he is a beast, I hope he takes a break and gets healthy.congrats to Auburn if he does flip.

Losing out on RF, if he does commit to Auburn tomorrow, wouldn't hurt Alabama by any means. They're stacked at linebacker. They get who they want there 95% of the time.

I think Foster is the number 1 player in the nation and hope he comes to Alabama, but Ill be a man of my word on my ban bet if he in fact picks auburn and enrolls by 2013. I will say that I have a feeling in the back of my mind it could be a shutting down the recruiting process, but Im a wishful thinker.

if you mean the fact that every college fan in the US (other than Auburn fans) immediately associates auburn with buying players, the vast majority believing that it was in fact the case the last time, i would say it was not great for Auburn. were he to flip to Georgia, that would make perfect sense. Flipping to auburn makes zero legit sense. And there is only one thing that Auburn offers that Georgia and Alabama (currently) dont.

meh. if there is a position we can afford to whiff on, its linebacker. im not really concerned about getting a recruit, im just saying i will enjoy watching yet another circus drag the barn further through the mud. it will be entertaining

Here come the stupid, idiotic, conspiracy theories.

Have you ever stopped and thought to yourself, "maybe some players just prefer other colleges not named Alabama..." I know that's mind boggling, but it happens every year.
