Bucc I'm out of town so I don't have my computer, just my phone.

I'll summarize the War Room accordingly.

Hearing talks that D Walker is decommitted from Bama and committed to Uf.. I know he had been leaning. Anyone have any news...

Well, OJ is his roommate in Orlando, and OJ said he fully expects D Walker to sign with UF, so its pretty much a done deal.

Hey Saint, word is that Bill O'Brien is likely gone from Penn State to the Eagles or Browns. Think Hackenberg will finally decommit? I mean, there is no way we could get him with 3 Freshmen coming in, but I thought it was an interesting development...

Walker is changing his mind right and left, he's telling people one thing, then saying something else. Can't really believe anything he says, until it actually comes true.

Recruiting and drama, a match made in heaven.

If Hackenberg decommits look for him to seriously consider Auburn and Tennessee.

I'm hoping he'll stick with Penn State. He stuck with them after the sanctions were announced. Not sure how much of that was his devotion to the school versus O'Brien. Guess we'll find out.

Why would a pro-style QB want to go play for a couple of spread teams?

Did we ever hear anything from the War Room?

Cliff's Notes:

- Kirby and Lance will be at the Under Armour team hotels after the game Friday to meet with targets/commits

- Beckwith to LSU, Conner to Ole Miss, Bostwick to Florida, Chris Jones to Miss State, Tim Williams and Matthew Thomas to FSU or Miami, A'Shawn Robinson to Texas

- Hope for Tunsil, prepare for Golson... One should land in T-Town

- If Poggi visits, then he will flip and Vanderdoes initiated contact so he is definitely in play, but too early to tell

- Keep an eye on Jason Carr (Vol commit)

- Nobody knows what Demarcus Walker (UF/UA/FSU) or Reuben Foster (AU/UGA/UA) will do.

- We are still holding out for Vonn Bell but Urban is being a major pest.

- Alvin Kamara is in play, but its uncertain the dynamics between him and the other RB's already committed (Namely, Tenpenny). Bottom line if he (AK) really really wanted to go to UGA, he would have committed to them months ago.

- Ardarius is a beast... long-term projection at Safety

- Rob Foster, D Paige, and J Cook all have work to do to qualify, but all three are headed in the right direction. Paige will be a beast in UA's system

- D Henry, J Allen, and OJ Howard are the most likely to contribute early from this class

- B Hill is heavy but Cochran will get him right. Future NFL tackle

- Cooper is private, Parker is injured, and Del Rio is a steal, duh...

FWIW OJ Howard said in his interview with Andrew Bone that just went up, he really didn't know what Walker plans on doing.

Sorry, I missed that line somehow. Basically Staff feels good about him. Nothing really has changed so he is a good flip candidate.

Also, FWIW Caleb Brantley has contacted the Bama staff.

I talked to Bama, LSU and Oklahoma

He also said Florida is still in the mix as well.

The Kamara situation really intrigues me. It's obvious that we want him in the class but we're trying to finesse it so that we don't lose any of the other 3 backs (particularly AT). Maybe we'll convince him to announce the day after NSD after the other 3 are already onboard.

BOL just reported pretty much this after reports Tider Insider had that said Coach Geis said Walker cancelled his visit to UF.

Alabama DE commit Demarcus Walker's coach says he WON'T be visiting Florida like has been reported.

That would be a really, really shitty thing to do.

So he is telling some people he is going to UF, some he is going to Bama, and now he is telling his coach he won't even visit UF?

I get the feeling that Henry and Jones don't care. I also get the feeling that Kamara don't care, LOL. Take that for what it's worth, LOL!!!

Poor Walker... the kid is probably genuinely confused.

And now, per Bone and as I mentioned on the last page, he has talked to his coach about a potential FSU visit instead.

He's got a better relationship with Pruitt, but FSU has never been a major factor for Walker. I'm thinking rationally, but that's out the window in recruiting, but 1 last minute visit to someone I've rarely considered isn't gonna give me enough information about the school.

Geis pretty much said the UF visit isn't happening. Though Walker may have other plans...
