Saban still recruiting Kelvin Taylor
I don't doubt we're still sending him mail and maybe keeping in touch just in case, but I don't know why we'd be actively recruiting him if we feel confident about Tenpenny, Jones, and Henry

This person seems to think it's because Muschamp is still recruiting Henry.

I don't think there is any way Saban signs him. Innocent of guilty, the legal process will not be nearly finished by signing day.
