09 because of GMAC
12 was a better game to watch, but I don't like us playing close games, so 09was my favorite as a Bama fan. 12 was my favorite as a football fan.

2009 was my favorite as the way Bama lost to UF in 2008 and Bama was looking forward to UF the entire season and almost lost to AU.

The 2012 seccg was a great game to watch but the 09 game put us back on the map. The energy surrounding the 09 team was incredible.

2009 simply because Rolando McClain was in Tebow's face all day. McClain seriously was seriously like a black Tebow for defense.

The catharsis of 09 after 08 can't be beat. And in a lot of ways, it's probably the quintessential game of the saban era. It's still the last time we went into a game as an underdog, and we kicked their fricking arse.
But I pick 2012. First of all, I was there and I wasn't in 09 so I'm biased, but that was just such an incredible game. So much back and forth. So many signature moments. The glorious comeback. The greatest o-line I've ever seen playing ther best game. Just classic bama football. And the way both teams kept answering back. One of the best games in SEC and CFB history imo.
It's hard to choose. Love em both so much.

2009 was awesome, but 2012 was such an amazing game that it has to be the answer.
