I'm complaining about people not agreeing or that guys are attacking me because my opinion is different?

You guys literally have turned to an attack unit, even after the mod disagreed with you all because I said I don't buy his hype.

I have provided reasons why. I have used my past experience as a football player in an attempt to help explain why.

All other posters have done is attack me for saying something unpopular without one shred of fact/evidence to prove me wrong.

You don't want a discussion, you don't want an opposing opinion. You just want everyone to agree and share the same mind, that all is great and perfect.

I got the same treatment last year when I complained about our play calling. Never got that apology though when after the meltdown against Oklahoma or when Saban indirectly acknowledge I was right by firing our play caller.

I cant believe we are even having this discussion. Ive never saw a scout say that our guys weren't prepared.

Define prepared? I'm sure they mean coaching every time and that is completely different to what is being discussed. Cochran doesn't coach players on technique, concepts, etc..

This is what I get for daring to say anything beside everything Alabama is perfect. Then we wonder why people think we have lunatic fans when we can even constructively discuss criticizing ourselves.

nah dude. you're just complaining because people dont agree with you, and you're telling people to go to a different sight if they dont like your opinions.

move on. you want to talk about football, then talk about football. you want people to agree with you, then work on crafting your arguments.

now, getting back on topic. Does anybody know the practice schedule going forward?

Anybody have a guess at the 2-deep on the DL?

I told people to go to the sheep site if they are so damn rattled by other human beings having different opinions.

I've supported mine. My conscious is clear. You guys who are so easily offended that every poster doesn't agree with you or pump sunshine should relax a little bit.

You haven't given a great example player wise though IMO. We are one of the best teams each year so no matter if we lose a couple games they are doing something right. Your naming guys who are big. Cyrus didn't look bad come on. I have no problem with what you said just don't think you've given good examples.

Cool. I think the coaching staff will start narrowing their focus this week and prepare the contributors to get ready for WVU. But I wonder how they will handle the QB situation. It's gotta be hard to get the continuity they want when you haven't selected a starter at QB yet. I do think the OL will remain the same at least up until week 1. That group has been together all of camp and they should have gelled by now. Let's hope Shank Taylor can play as impressive as he looks.

(this pic is from fall camp and he looks a lot better than when he got to school weighing around 350)

Why do you feel they aren't good examples? The two I gave that were crap... were crap. The three I gave that didn't impress as they should, didn't.

How about this counter, tell me the players he has developed greatly in speed and strength?

I'm not saying he doesn't, I'm not saying he sucks. I'm saying he isn't as good as what the fans like to hype him to be.

**This is my last official post on this. I said it before, but I kept responding to those asking questions. I will say that some of you need to develop some thicker skin and stop being pussies. Down vote that **

You listen to player interviews they say it all the time that they've got stronger and faster. Just look at the size of some of the people you named. Ed Stinson came in at 230 and got up to 290-300. What you want it to be all muscle. Take Pagan you think that kid came in benching over 500 pounds? I think you are basing everything on looks. The lineman have to have some type of girth.

Pretty sure Chance Warmack gained a ton of strength in college.

Look at how big OJ Howard has got in one year.

Mark Ingram went from a 195 pound high school senior into a 220 pound heisman trophy winner in 3 years.

AJ McCarron was a full fledged string bean when he got to campus and nobody questioned his size when he went in the draft.

Terrence Cody weighed 400 pounds before he got to bama and cochran turned him into a bama legend.

what did you expect Anthony Steen to develop into? Cyrus K got wrecked by knee problems. there are too many variables to put that on Cochran.

Why are you so worried about down votes. If you man up for your opinion as you say then quit acting like a little girl about something that means nothing. .

I love the strength training, but do believe we should do more endurance training than we do and we should also make sure a player knows that not eating properly will make him fat.

Andre Smith's body type coming out of college was a disgrace. As was Mt. Cody's and a few other players.

Like I said I love our strength training, but a few marine type of endurance training sessions would make us a better tean imho. We get tired to easy.

Based on what? The iron bowl last year? Who didn't get worn out by Auburns offense last year?

Are we really arguing over one of the best strength coaches in the country who's continually recognized for his abilities among peers?

Some people will argue with a brick wall. Just ignore their stupidity and laugh.

I honestly think that our getting tired was due to the way we played previously. We were use to being bigger than everyone and pounding them the whole time. I think weve switched it up a little bit with some of our guys. Didn't Saban say he wanted more quick twitch guys or something along those line.
