Honestly, it fricking sucks going through yet another coaching search. Plus you gotta feel bad for a guy like Norris who brought it every game. He unfortunately went through Grant and Avery.

Based on the fact that Avery can't even get the team energized (as evidence by the Norfolk St. player's comments about us in warmups), he should be fired. The worst thing for a team isn't not having the best talent, it is not having desire, energy, or passion to play. Bama has none of that and that is on Avery.
