Want to see us get the 308 HR record. The 2019 season with juiced balls is the only reason we haven’t shattered every offensive record already.

I think it's in the bag.

Not with Snit pulling players in the 3rd. That doesn’t make sense to me with 5-6 off days after the season, and the record being a record that may stand for a very, very long time (we’ve got 304, and the next closest team without juiced baseballs are the 2018 Yankees at 267).

Anybody got an idea of what game times will be Saturday and Monday? I'd like to go to one of them but with 2 kids under 5 a night game is probably out of the question.

Think it will depend on if we get the Marlins or Phillies. If we get the Phillies, probably a higher probability for a primetime night game. Marlins would probably be a day game since it’s east coast coupled with a low chance of national viewership.

On a separate note, what Big Bear did yesterday to get 40/100 and give the Braves the HR record was absolutely clutch!!! If this team finds a way to win the WS, it will go down as the best offense in the history of baseball (already is for the regular season by multiple metrics).

Tie, but given that 4 teams in 2019 “shattered” the old record due to juiced balls, I don’t count any of the 2019 stats as records. The numbers show the HRs per game that season were off the charts astronomical, and why there were investigations into the ball production process.

Edit: The Braves beat the “true record” of the 2018 Yankees (267) by 40 HRs and the next best team this year by 58 (Dodgers had 249). The 2019 Twins barely beat 2nd and 3rd place that year by just a few HRs, as I believe 3 teams had over 300 that year.

I Hate Bryce Harper.

My question is why is MLB giving Philly a day off on Sunday? IDGAF about competing with the NFL. That just seems senseless to have a day off between Game 1 and Game 2. Definitely gives Philly a slight advantage.

Braves in 4 anyway.

Horrible, horrible call on that catcher's interference.

The mitt never moved. Multiple camera angles confirm this.

1st and 2nd no outs, heart of the order, and can't scratch a run.

Greatest offense in the history of baseball and Snit decides to mess with the lineup now. Put Harris 9th, Arcia 8th, Rosario 6th, Albies 2nd

He totally fricked up pulling players out of the last games of the season. Players need to play. Today's line up was beyond ridiculous. He fricked this up!

Yeah, talk about overthinking a situation. Im sick to my stomach about it. You just knew when you saw that different line up the team was going to be tight.

First time shutout at Truist all season- first game playoffs put up a 0. Lolol
