That is disgusting. Regardless of what you thought of him as a coach, that is completely out of line. The man was highly respected among his peers and absolutely LOVED by his players. Listen to any interviews from his former players and this is crystal clear. Journalism has been dead for over a decade, but not allowing people to die with dignity and grace is about as low as you can get. The Washington Post is a garbage rag. I hope one of Marty's boys runs into this Obituary Editor one day. I promise you, it will get handled.
