I’m retiring December 31st. My employees gave me two tenderloins and 14 ribeyes from that farm. Wagyu beef is phenomenal.

Was it half a calf or cow? I get the feeling that some online company has bought a bunch of old, used up, broken down milk cows that are only good for hamburger meat and dressed em up with photos of young, fat beef calves frolicking in the pasture to sell the unsuspecting online crowd...haha. But I could be wrong...
