Idiot. Look into it just a little and arrive at a real conclusion before spewing your nonsense. There was a superficial (look it up) blood clot from the week before.

Medical advice he received: “You have a blood clot. It could move. It would be bad if it moves, because it could end up in your lung. Which could be fatal. So here’s the plan: Don’t sleep.”
