His coaching is good and he admits his mistakes which players respect. But I feel like he is over-cussing to be cool. Seems like a new kid at school trying to be cool by over-cussing.

He's a badass and they're going to go deep into the playoffs this year or the next couple of years. Dude went to Yale and then got to watch everything Mike Shanahan did coaching from the ground up.
