Cops are on the hunt for Kansas City Chiefs WR Rashee Rice after a car registered to him was involved in the crash after 6 PM on Saturday, according to the Dallas Morning News...
quote:

Dallas PD tells TMZ ... "Police were called to a multi-vehicle accident in the 6600 block of northbound North Central Expressway. The preliminary investigation determined two drivers, one in a Corvette, the other in a Lamborghini, were speeding in the far-left lane."

Cops add, "The drivers lost control and the Lamborghini traveled onto the shoulder and hit the center median wall, causing a chain reaction collision involving four other vehicles." A total of 6 vehicles were involved in the crash, too.

Dallas PD goes on to say "The occupants of the Lamborghini and the Corvette all ran from the scene without stopping to determine if anyone needed medical help or providing their information. Two of the involved drivers were treated at the scene by Dallas Fire Rescue for minor injuries and two occupants of another vehicle were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries. The investigation and identification of the suspects are both ongoing."

They'll never catch him. It'll be like the blues brothers, they'll show up in the stands on Sunday, he'll still show up and play and make his way out of the stadium through a trap door.

If these young players would be smart enough to put their earnings in a trust, with a trustee to tell them “no” when they want a Lamborghini or a mink coat. Then release the money when they are 30, they would have millions for the rest of their lives. It would keep the leaching relatives at bay and keep the young men focused on maximizing their talents while they can.
We’re going to see college athletes doing crap like this at an ever increasing rate. If you had given me a million bucks when I was 21, I would have done extremely stupid things.

While he’s an idiot, 0.00 whenever they catch him. One less charge to fight.

Well you just replace the dui with a hit and run (and probably something else too)

If you're drag racing could they potentially get you with attempted murder if someone is injured? Possibly evading the police and destruction of evidence(maybe worded differently) but there's plenty you can get these clowns on.

Can take the NFL player out the hood, but can't take the hood out of NFL player. I feel I can count dozens and dozens of stories of NFL players that speed 100+ mph and kill, wreck. Henry Ruggs, I can probably lookup and find dozens of others. It can be very dangerous when you give people like that lots of money. I hear it at 3 AM all the time, speed cars racing. It's always late at night at that hour they do it.

All these over 110 mph: Derrick Rose, Lebron, Puig, Jordan Addison (140), Myles Garret (120), Antonio Brown, Adrian Peterson, Henry Ruggs (156), Deshaun Watson, Ezekial Elliot, Anthony Richardson, those UGA players, Trevor Etienne, Juju Smith Schuster.

This is just ones caught. I'd venture to say well over 50% do it. Compare that to maybe 3-4% the population

And it makes no sense. These guys have, on average, about an 8-year window to earn an entire lifetime worth of money. If I were an NFL player I would do nothing but grind during that very brief career. Why jeopardize it? You get into a wreck and that future fortune goes up in smoke.

I drove over 100 regularly as a kid, got pulled over driving about 120 in between BR and NO, cop just gave me a ticket for 10 mph over. Have been pulled over multiple times and never arrested, of course I'm a white male so...
