ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Bilas has taken the NCAA to task over its decision to not allow North Carolina's Tez Walker to play...
quote:

The NCAA's decision to not grant North Carolina football player Tez Walker a waiver to play this season has been met with a great deal of controversy.

Walker, who transferred to UNC from Kent State, has not been granted eligibility largely because the NCAA ruled that his time at Kent State means that he is transferring twice in two years after initially leaving North Carolina Central.

I’d like to hear the NCAA’s side of the story. Haven’t been able to find any sources reporting the reasoning for the decision.
