The NCAA's decision to not grant North Carolina football player Tez Walker a waiver to play this season has been met with a great deal of controversy.

Walker, who transferred to UNC from Kent State, has not been granted eligibility largely because the NCAA ruled that his time at Kent State means that he is transferring twice in two years after initially leaving North Carolina Central.
