CA is making it legal for an individual to make money...and for the bozos on here talking about how it will ruin college football or basketball, or that it will create an unfair advantage, you are incredibly naive. All it is going to do is put the current backroom deals for star players out in the open. It will actually increase transparency. You will know that the alumni with all the car dealerships paid Tua $50k for an endorsement deal, as opposed to finding out about it 10 years later like we did with Reggie Bush and the sports agent who paid him and his family.
