The right decision isn't always the popular one in the moment.

The right decision is to focus on the homeland, not get into new wars. Trump is incapable of admitting he was wrong and turning it around. Covid was a perfect example of this.
If he puts troops on the ground he can kiss his legacy goodbye.

I like Moscona. I think he did a good job. Feels like it’s become the cool thing to hate on him.

Its pretty hilarious at this point

Will Wade through Dogshit, as usual
March Madness 1 and done
frick Will Wade

Yeah, id much rather be completely irrelevant as a basketball program. Who even wants to care about basketball or march madness anyways?

If not Wade, I rather just ramp up the NIL to a crazy level than restart.

Who in their right mind would pledge NIL money to a coach that cant win at this level? Its proven fact at this point. We spent 9 million this year and we came in dead last in the conference.

There is no faith that CMM can get it done and the whole fan base has checked out. Even if they cant get wade they need to can this dude and start over. Cant get much worse then what it is right now.
We're just gonna sacrifice gaethje and gane at the white house i guess. What an underwhelming card for something that's been hyped up for 6 months.

The amount of energy wasted talking about this idiot of a coach, WW coming back, is amazing. LSU is not wasting more money on another buyout. Have McMahon retool his staff and give him more NIL money for better players.

IMO if Reid and Thomas had not gotten injured, LSU would be a 500 club in the SEC.

McMahon is a joke and brings no energy to this program. Anyone backing him is just full of BS excuses but are the first to point fingers at the previous coach that could actually get us to the tournament every year.

frick that dude…he and his professional players destroyed our program and were an embarrassment to LSU. Good riddance…

No, the administration did that when they fired him.

None really. They have no power. The sec and big10 should separate and form their own association

They cant/wont though. Antitrust.

The score was 17-14, he did not hold the greatest offense of all time to 14 points

I agree with you, however right or wrong we always give credit to the QBs for wins regardless of their actual performance or impact on the game. Its how it's always been.

He wasn't given a fair shot financially to even think about competing until this season and two of his most important players are lost for extended time.

Hes the head basketball coach. The job is more then just practice and games. If he cant raise the support from the boosters to get a competitive roster thats on him. If wade could get rosters good enough to compete why cant McMahon? Its because he sucks at his job.
How many times is Williams going to pick Fisch over Lane for him to accept hes never getting him?
Miami's defense will pummel these guys. They can actually rush the passer unlike georiga
Bama didnt even give lane a call 2 years ago when he wanted the job. He burned bridges there when he left

Any news on Penn State?

With Kiffin watch officially over, has there been any news on what Penn State is doing? Ive literally seen nothing about this opening.

Very good points. Makes it more head scratching that Lincoln Riley has not succeeded at USC because he was the QB whisperer. Kiffin has proven he can turn average QBs into good QBs, so he may transition better.

There were/are commitment issues at USC when it comes to admin and boosters. Also add in to the fact that Riley was dumb for bringing Alex Grinch with him to USC when he was not good at OU.

re: Lane using LSU and UF as leverage

Posted by tiger25 on 11/18/25 at 9:01 am to
The only leverage he could be looking for is for NIL. If Ole Miss gave him an ultimatum then it means they know they cant match everything.

I fully expect lane to not be in Oxford next year but have no idea if he will be here or Gainesville.
Betting odds on coaching jobs is their weakest spot and should be taken with a grain of sand
