Just because we have expanded the playoff once or twice and there hasnt been a negative impact to viewership and engagement doesnt mean that will always be the case.
You go to 24 and the texas ohio state and lsu ole miss games dont matter in the regular season because you are allowed to lose them and not be greatly impacted. Thats not what made college football great. College football is great because every game matters. Which is what makes it different from the NFL.
If/when the protect college sports act passes were also going to get back to all of the talent being consolidated to the power programs with the transfer rules going back to what they used to be.
Playoff viewership may increase because of additional games but regular season will lower and we will also see more opt outs of "playoff teams".

Absolute horrible play by the safety but he should have never been put in that situation in the first place.

The fact that they are discussing this and its public opens them up to being included in the lawsuits. The adults who were the ones that caused the issues are just upset that they are getting beat and are trying their best to circumvent the courts.

Its always been controlled by the schools. The schools have the option of not accepting these players and following the NCAA rules and conference rules. But they no longer care about following them no matter how much complaining they do publicly. They are the reason we are in this mess and its gonna take government intervention to fix it.

This has been Belgiums best game so far this tournament. They have been sleep walking until they almost got eliminated by Senegal.
You cant review those plays in slow motion or with still shots. Has to be full speed with context, which is how it was used correctly last night with England.
