In an appearance on the Momentum Podcast, former Heisman Trophy winner Saints RB Ricky Williams said he could outcoach Deion Sanders...

quote:

Williams pointed to his experience as a running backs coach at Incarnate Word, saying that "those kids broke records" under his guidance.

"I had good coaches, but the best coach I ever had was me," Williams said. "Coaching myself. And I just use the same general techniques that I used to use to get the best out of myself in order to get the best out of the kids that I coached."

Williams then went on to say that if his Texas Longhorns offered him the head coach, he wouldn't hesitate to accept.

"It'd be bigger than a Deion effect," Williams said.

"Even if a smaller school offered me. When I say 'better than Deion,' or 'different than Deion,' it's because I'm an astrologer. So when I'm coaching these kids, I'm not just looking at what I see with my eyes, I'm looking at something deeper."

He is setting a low bar, Dion isn't much of a coach.

It would be like Bad News Bears, only the team would be sponsored by a weed joint instead of a bail bondsman.

I’m not a coach Prime fan but this is the most Uncle Rio nonsense I’ve heard in a while. Prime is *actually* coaching, Rickey. Put the weed down and go get a job if you think you can do better.

Well Ricky, go get hired and we'll see. Deion might not be that good, but he's out there. I speak for all of us when I say I too want texas to hire you as HC.
