Apparently a group of military veterans made the jump. I am sure they are very accomplished and experienced, but without a lot reps and some high winds, that could have been a lot worse.

Just enough parachute left intact to slow him down from the fall. One lucky dude. Could have easily broken both legs, ankles, etc.. or worse.
