If Michigan is a no fault state the PIP coverage ( similar to Medical Payments coverage in other states)would be applicable to the non resident passengers.
In some no fault states the PIP coverage is primary until certain thresholds are met. Of course our noble plaintiff's bar in Louisiana would assure they jump that hurdle very quickly.

I wouild presume only one player is penalized and that would be the first one to who did something illegal. Once that occurs the other player is exempt from a penalty since he is trying to adjust and recover from the initial violation. The only exception might be something like targeting on the DB if the WR is initially called for interfereence during the route.

True, but not always. In 1992 the officials called offensive pass interference on LSU receiver Todd Kinchen which negated a game winning TD on the last play against Vanderbilt.

I was not taking Obama to task. My point is how CNN hypocritically covered the same quick response by a president to a police shooting depending on the political party of the president.

They did not run RPO. The running plays were called prior to the snap. The blocking techniques may have been deficient but scheme was irrelevant if they are not succesful in executing with proper form and techniques to fire off at the defender. This may be the result of poor position coaching.
The one complaint I do have is that in third and short or goal line plays they too often ran from a tight formation which resulted 11 defenders bunched at the line of scrimmage.

CNN and their selected guests are railing at President Trump and Kristi Noem making initial comments justifying the shooting death of Renee Good before the investigation is complete. Remember when Obama immediately weighed in on police shootings of black suspects who resisted arrest and attacked officers. CNN and liberals had no issue with Obama doing so. They are so despicable and deplorable.
