Bill was once a focused, pissed off and demanding coach. To get complacent is human. Saw the same thing with Barry Switzer with the cowboys vs his time at Oklahoma and Jimmy Johnson with the dolphins vs when he was at the cowboys. You can only push yourself so long before you’re out of gas. Hell, I was starting to see it with Saban.
