What does a bowl season look like when you only have a few conferences playing? Well, the NCAA is discussing throwing away bowl eligibility and just letting everyone play in a bowl game. Per The Athletic...

“We’ve already begun discussions with the NCAA about possibly eliminating the notion of bowl eligibility this year,” Football Bowl Association Executive Director Nick Carparelli told The Athletic. “Going into the year, everyone who plays college football in the fall would have the ability to play in a bowl game regardless of record and standings.”

So we're being told to not tailgate to mitigate risk from COVID....but we're going to add inconsequential games to the end of the season? Seems like contrasting logic. FYI I'm all for life back to normal; at-risk people should take personal precautions as necessary.
