what's the criteria? Last year's record? Returning starters? Returning production? Recruiting rankings? There's a long list of criteria that would need to be considered to create a list like this, so I'm curious what they are. I suspect it's all fluff, as usual.

We can't help it that Louisville has tanked. But as noted LSU, Georgia and Florida are pretty damn tough teams. I don't see how any SEC Team is on this list.

Seems weird that Kentucky can be on the list when they play Georgia, Florida, and LSU. But when you look at PFF's elo rankings you see how much the rest of their schedule sucks. 106. Vanderbilt 123. New Mexico State 127. Louisiana Monroe Not listed: Chattanooga
