Strange twist #1: the team that lost (fighting fans) was awarded the game due to forfeit because the winning team took BP on the field prior to the game which is apparently rules violation. So, the losing team is now up 1-0, in the best of 3.

Strange twist #2, the series was temp postponed, but was rescheduled for Gm.2 today to be played at neutral site high school field. Gm. 3, if necessary, will also be played but at a neutral site but a different HS field. Spectators are not allowed at either game. Players, coaches and umps only. So my question is, if there are no witnesses, did it actually happen??

Who are the real kids here,or should I say who is acting like kids here, now you know why good officials, and good coaches get out of high school sports, and why some really good high school athletes say I'm done. Parents ruin it for everyone because they can't fricking get over themselves

I ref high school football and I would say coming at me for what you might think is a bad call after the game with force would be met with equal or greater force. Now during the game you can shout, cuss or whatever you want to me, because I'm not listening to you anyway, I'm focused on the game your kid is doing his best to play and have fun being a kid. Thats where my focus is, not on your big mouth. But to come after me in the parking lot would be foolish and would likley result in you goiung to a hospital or worse to put it bluntly as I can.

Why would anyone ever want to be an ump or referree for high school or kids sports?

We are rapidly shredding the unwritten rules of decency and decorum. People across all social, economic, racial lines are just acting like insolent, spoiled children.
