Last week, Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards made some headlines when he declared that Michael Jordan was the only player with any skill back in the day...
Then the older fellas came for him...

"I didn't watch it back in the day so I can't speak on it."

*proceeds to speak on it*

Edwards wasn't even born when Magic, Jordan, Bird, Isaiah, etc. were playing. He hasn't got a clue what he's talking about. And by the way, in his only year at UGA, Edwards had good stats, but he didn't lift UGA at all. They finished 5-13 in the SEC.

Just another ignorant young person that thinks he knows everything, but in reality, is a complete DA that just needs to shut up before vets like Shaq, Bird, Olajuwon, Drexler and Iverson put him in his place!

These younger players grew up with the internet. They know the highlights are there, 24/7. All they have to do is watch. Plenty of skill in that era.

Michael Jordan was the most protected player in the history of professional sports. You did not dare cause him any "memories" when he came inside. "We need him," said the NBA!!

Michael Jordan was the most overrated player in NBA history! Yes, I said it! He was never called for traveling, yet always took an extra step and if you got within 2-3 feet of him while driving to the basket, suddenly whistles are blown, to put him on the line. Don't know why people keep trying to idolize his arse! He got away with stuff that would have made a lot of other players look better too!

You do realize that he was probably better on defense than he was on offense. One of the top 3 players to ever play the game.
