I have a graveyard of small engines because of it. It sickens me. The problem is that the government (Obama) instituted it and billions were invested in it. To do away with it now would bankrupt farmers and those sucking up the subsidies. It is a problem that most politicians would see as career suicide.

It is not a story or should not be. I will give you a guess why this is a story and price per barrel of oil is lower than what it was during previous admins but the price at the pump is much higher then back then. Political influence by both sides.

You are my elder by 30 years but I am old enough to remember when the things we discuss now would be considered ridiculous. We have a 21000 gallon pool with a water fall. We had it built 9 years ago. I love the pool and use it quite a bit. I used to maintain the pool myself but it is a chore. I have someone that comes once a week to maintain it now. Your electric bill will increase quite a bit and the cost of maintaining is significant. You can count on it costing you a minimum of $300 to $400 a month.
