If you haven't already heard the Miami Marlins Triple-A affiliate, the New Orleans Zephyrs, have changed their name to the New Orleans Baby Cakes...

"Baby Cakes" was selected over other finalists that included Cajun Crawfish, Po’boys, Tailgators, Night Owls, Red Eyes and King Cakes.

Based on this decision I hope the zephyrs now leave New Orleans. This is a laughably bad name that is not even shared in the local vernacular.
