Missouri head coach Eliah Drinkwitz appeared on FS1's 'Wake Up Barstool' on Thursday morning and described the current College Football Playoff selection process as "a beauty pageant."

He is right. I prefer no playoffs and small regional conferences…but since college fb has already been screwed up by greed…playoffs should include everyone. Win it on the field.

He’s absolutely right.

The computer heavy BCS formula was the best way to do it. They changed that because USC got left out in 2003, but that was the best method.

Dude’s team lost 41-10 to TAMU and 34-0 to Bama last year, and he’s saying it’s a beauty pageant. Beat a decent team in your conference for a change and problem solved.

It's always been that way. Was far worse back in 60s when I first stated seeing it. Before the internet when EVERYONE could easily see: stats, games, real time info, etc. They just played with everyone and most people trusted them but always was mad.

His comments have nothing to do with his own team. He is talking about how teams are selected. Plus…the schedule they are playing is top 20’in the country…but still is irrelevant to the comment.

We’ve seen what happens to overrated teams due to their weak schedules. Play somebody and then talk. Impossible to take this nerd seriously.
