LSU Jumps Into Top 10 In Latest AP Poll After Dominant Win Over Clemson

LSU made a big move in the latest AP Top 25 rankings following its dominant season-opening win over Clemson.

The Tigers jumped three spots from No. 11 to No. 8 after crushing Clemson 51-10 in Tiger Stadium.

LSU also moved up to No. 8 in the Coaches Poll.

Ohio State remained No. 1, followed by Georgia, Notre Dame, Texas, and Indiana to round out the AP Top 5.

LSU also received five first-place votes after its impressive Week 1 performance.
