Former LSU quarterback Joe Burrow received the highest rookie QB rating in the new Madden NFL 21 video game, which will release later this year.

Burrow was Cincinnati Bengals No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft and received an overall rating is a 76, ahead of Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa at 73.

I remember Stafford came in at like 86. They've adjusted how they rate rookies since then.

Rookies in franchise develop quickly. In a season it would be easy to have Burrow in the mid 80’s he would be a 99 after the second season
