LSU defender Harold Perkins has accepted an invitation to play in the East-West Shrine Bowl.
The news likely means Perkins will enter the 2026 NFL Draft rather than use his final year of eligibility next season.
Perkins, a former five-star prospect originally from New Orleans, La., played in every game during his freshman and sophomore seasons, registering 147 tackles, 13 sacks, seven forced fumbles, and two interceptions over two years.
He suffered a season-ending injury during his junior year in 2024 but returned and played in every game this past season, recording 56 tackles, four sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and three interceptions.
