Doesn't matter if Penn St is returning QB. Penn St is Penn St. Won't ever have the athletes, the size, the speed to win. Too many slow, white players. Infertile recruiting grounds.

Penn St #1 lmao

You'd think this on its face. Except they are returning their qb and only losing a few others. The biggest miss here is OSU. They are basically losing everyone, something like 20 starters and have a new qb.

Agreed, OSU too high. PSU and Texas look good going into this year and Michigan should be a lot better. Early too 10 for Miami means they’ll finish 22nd. LSU? Maybe. Let’s see if we can win a season opener first.
