Four-star LSU cornerback target Jaboree Antoine will announce his college commitment on Saturday.

Antoine, a 6-2, 180-pound prospect from New Iberia, La. (Westgate High School) is one of the top cornerbacks in the country for 2025 and is rated the No. 2 player in Louisiana.

He was once committed to LSU but reopened his recruitment in June. Now, the Tigers and Miami are his final two schools.

He was born in it. Molded by it. He didn’t see the outside of the boot until he was already a man. Other players merely adopted the boot. Antoine needs to show the world what’s up in that boot.

Does the Pickett commitment scare Antoine off or does it entice him to return?

I would believe the latter. He doesn't have to do all of the heavy lifting to return the group as DBU. It could actually give him more touches as some teams may not challenge Pickett bringing great opportunities for Antoine to show his stuff. Better pay day potentials at the next level. It's also likely a make or break year at Miami which could lead to that staff [or his position coach] not being there by the time he arrives to campus.

Why would it scare him off. Ohio State has the #1 & #2 CB’s committed. As a player you want the most talent around you that you can.
